Privacy Policy

In an effort to protect our clients' and site visitors privacy and rights, Vagrant Web Services has developed a Privacy/Security Policy which explains what information we gather on visitors and what we do with information that we gather.

Vagrant Web Services takes the privacy and security of it's clients and partners very seriously.  As administrators of your online network, we adhere to strick confidentiality in all sensitive data including (but not limited to) web content, files stored on server not available to public, email data, personal information, financial information, email addresses, etc.

We collect certain information from clients for billing and administrative functions. None of the information collected for these functions is provided to any outside party for any reason.  We do pass along personal information to trusted partners for which we are official resellers, for the purpose of ordering 3rd Party Services such as Domain Registration and SSL Certificates.

We do not share email addresses under any circumstance. 

We often get requests for examples of hosted sites from potential clients. No information other than your site name will be provided to the individual making the inquiry. Personal information that may be displayed on the client site is the responsibility of the client. If you would like to request that your website not be made available for our list of example sites, please contact us at admin@vagrantweb.ca.

Information about Users that is maintained on our systems is protected using industry standard security measures. All sensitive information is transferred and stored on our servers using SSL security through GeoTrust.
